By becoming a member of a RAC, or by proposing a project, or by having your county fund Title II projects, you are making a valuable contribution to the success and future of PL 106-393. Title II creates a significant new role in federal forestland management for counties and local stakeholders. The Title II project tracking forms will compile the data and information necessary to demonstrate to Congress that this experiment is working and worth continuing.
